The Solarfriends Street Lights 60-120W features new 140-280 super-bright Quantum LEDs that will light up the dark in a matter of seconds. Powered by a newly developed Premium Lithium Battery with a top range of 12.000 mAh it will light up the night continuously if needed.
Designed and built for a wide range of lighting applications such as buildings and properties, parking lots, streets, pathway lights, playgrounds, farms, parks, and commercial and industrial buildings. This high-quality built and very durable light is completely self-contained.
Its innovative smart lighting profiles provide true Dusk to Dawn all-night lighting capability. Three different lighting modes and motion sensor offer flexibility as you need it. Potential energy savings depend on several factors, including the amount of sunlight the light receives, the duration for which the light is used, and the efficiency of the solar panels and battery. However, as a rough example calculation: If you were to use a 60 watt solar light for 8 hours every day, it would save you approximately 480 watt-hours or 0.48 kilowatt-hours of energy per day.

What type of photocells does the light use?
The light uses High Liquid Conversion Panel - delivering up 27% more energy than conventional panels
Which light modes does the light have and how to set them up?
- 3 Intelligent Lighting Modes
Set up the lighting mode needed by using the remote control (full brightness, motion detection, or timer).
Always: the light will stay ON at full brightness all night long.
Induction / Radar: the light will stay ON at 30% of brightness and once it detects movement it will turn ON at full brightness, then it will go back at 30% of brightness if it doesn't detect more movement.
Light Timer: the light can be set up to stay ON at full brightness for 8, 5, or 3 hours, then it will automatically turn OFF.
How long does the light stay ON at night?
In full bright mode the light can stay on for up to 12 hours.
What happens on a cloudy day?
Due to the High Liquid Conversion Panel it takes only 4 hours of daylight to fully charge the battery. Even during the winter time the battery will be sufficiently charged.
How does the automatic battery mode work?
In case the battery voltage reaches a critical point the light will switch automatically into the motion detection mode to save energy and only turn on if any moving objects are detected.
What is the minimum and maximum temperature these lights can handle?
Our solar panel lights can withstand the coldest temperatures up to -45 degrees Celsius and even get charged with snow and ice on the panel surface. On the hand they can handle the hottest temperatures up +45 degrees without overheating.
Is any wiring required?
No! Our solar lights are 100% wire free. Simply install the light with the mounting brackets in the desired place. Push the turn ON/OFF button. That’s it!

Mounted the Street Light on a barn where I have no electricity at all. Normally I would need an electrician to do all the wiring, place the cables in the ground, light switches and so forth. That exercise would easily cost me 1000 euros or more. This way I simply drilled four holes, mounted the light with the sturdy lamp arm and thats it.
